✅ Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse

🔄 Replacement

We provide free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • A wrong item is delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is checked, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer

🚫 Non-Returnable

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Late return requests

  • Sale/clearance items (if mentioned)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

  • If the issue is from our side, we’ll handle it
